At Coverlelo, every product is manufactured and dispatched with quality checks to ensure you receive the right product in perfect condition.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products purchased from Coverlelo.com.

Please review your vehicle model and product details carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is incorrect.
  • The product received is defective or damaged during transit.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

As returns are not accepted, refunds are generally not provided.
