Exchange Policy

We want every customer to receive exactly what they ordered — in perfect condition. Exchanges are available exclusively in the following situations:

  • Wrong Product Received

    If we shipped you an incorrect item that doesn’t match your order.

  • Defective Product Received

    If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

How to request an exchange?

Follow these steps to raise an exchange request with us:

1 Record an Unboxing Video
For defective products, you must record a clear video while opening the package the moment you receive it. This is mandatory for defect claims to be processed.
 
2 Contact Our Support Team
Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the issue.
 
3 Share Your Evidence
Send the unboxing video (for defective items) or photos of the wrong product received, along with your order ID.
 
4 We’ll Take It From There
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement and coordinate pickup/delivery at no additional cost to you.
